Recycling is an activity that benefits everyone. It keeps our landfills from overflowing and adding pollutants to our air, water and land, it eases the depletion of valuable raw materials, and it even creates jobs that help build local economies.
Considering there are 319 million people in the United States alone, generating approximately 230 million tons (that’s 460 billion pounds) of solid waste annually, that’s a lot of garbage – and less than one quarter of it is recycled.
Bay Disposal & Recycling is a recycling company that’s doing our part to make those numbers more favorable. Since 2000, we’ve made it our mission to adhere to the highest standards in recycling and environmental protection, by taking every step necessary to meet or surpass those standards.
By offering curbside pickup of residential recycling products and waste, Bay Disposal & Recycling adds convenience to our arsenal of recycling solutions. Individuals and families can play a major role in reducing what goes into landfills by becoming familiar with what is recyclable, saving those materials and placing them out for pickup on scheduled days.
That’s all there is to it. We take care of the rest.
For even greater convenience, all recycling materials can be combined in one receptacle, as opposed to separating out glass, metals and plastics in different batches.

In order to handle largescale recycling efforts, Bay Disposal & Recycling has invested heavily in the hardware and systems needed to administer comprehensive recycling services. These are strategically located at a vast array of potential sites and properties in an equally impressive number of venues throughout Hampton Roads and northeastern North Carolina.
The success of our efforts is largely attributed to the wide range of recycling dumpsters we offer, as well as our state-of-the-art recycling facilities used to sort and process what is collected.
From construction sites that require daily pickups to retail establishments and restaurants requiring less frequent collection, we make it convenient and easy for businesses to do their part for the overall good of the environment.
