Updated Customer Billing Questions

Yes this card is from Bay Disposal. In an effort to keep our customers informed and up to date on everything we are doing we just wanted to send out a quick heads up to our customers that changes are coming.
We are in the process of changing our billing systems. At this point in time nothing on the customer side will change. When changes are coming you will receive a letter from us letting you know exactly what changes are coming and when they will occur. You may also our Facebook page for updates.
As more information is available you will receive correspondence from us letting you know what is going on.

Commonly Asked Questions

Based on the terms of your contract you will either receive an invoice on a monthly, quarterly, semi-annual or annual basis. We bill in advance, so if you receive a quarterly invoice in February it will be for the months of February, March and April. You can pay by check or you can get set up for online bill pay.
Bay Disposal & Recycling offers a full range of recycling services. We offer both front load containers and 95 gallon containers for single stream recycling commodities and open top roll off containers for construction material than can be recycled. Our standard service agreement is for a period of thirty-six months.

Bay Disposal & Recycling can only guarantee certain portions of our service agreement. The cost associated with the collection of you trash can be guaranteed. However, the disposal fees associated with the collection of trash have a tendency to go up annually and there is truly no way to accurately predict the increase from year to year.
