Renting a dumpster from Bay Disposal is super easy. You can call us at 757-857-9700 or email us at email@example.com and we can discuss your exact needs. However, there are a few things you should be prepared to talk about when you contact us. Here’s a quick guide to help make the process even easier:
- Type– Do you need a dumpster or an open-top roll off container? A dumpster usually loads from the top and may have two lids (one on the left and one on the right) and two sliding doors on the sides. A roll off container does not have a lid and is loaded from the top. Most roll off containers also have a hinged door on the front if you want to walk in your waste instead of throwing it over the edge.
- Size– Dumpster sizes are measured in cubic yards. The size you’ll need will depend on the amount of material you’ll be throwing out. Our smallest roll off container is 12 cubic yards, which measures 8’ wide by 14’ long by 4’ tall. Our largest roll off container is 40 cubic yards, which is 8’ wide by 22’ long by 8’ tall. So, in addition to knowing the room or roof size if you’re doing a remodeling job, you’ll also need to know if you have space for the dumpster. If space is going to be limited but you’re going to have a large amount to throw out, you can opt for the smaller size and we may need to arrange to dump and return your dumpster during the course of your project.
- Contents– There are some restrictions as to what you can toss in a dumpster. You can check your local municipality’s website for a guide of what can and cannot go to the local landfill.
Bay Disposal & Recycling’s waste management experts will be happy to chat with you to help you choose the perfect dumpster for your project. We can also talk about how long you’ll need the dumpster so we can arrange to pick it up when it’s convenient for you. You won’t even need to be home for the delivery or pick up.
