George is the Account Executive for the cities of Portsmouth and Norfolk. He owned and operated GCC Enterprises for twelve years. Prior to his own business, George managed real estate for Goodman, Segar, Hogan and Rowe Development Company..

George (Tripp) Heilig (Account Executive) is a graduate of Hampden-Sydney College and has been an employee since July of 2000. Tripp is the Account Executive for the cities of Virginia Beach and Chesapeake. He previously served as the Head Women's Soccer Coach and Assistant Men's Lacrosse Coach for Virginia Wesleyan College.

John Rhodes (Account Executive) is a graduate of William and Mary and has been an employee since May 2002. John is the Account Executive for the entire Peninsula Area. He previously was a Retail Manager for the Colonial Williamsburg Products Division. His responsibilities included managing the Pro Shops for the Golden Horseshoe Golf Club as well as the Tazewell Sports Shop.

Kerin Wimbrough (Account Executive) is a graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University and has been an employee since January, 2007. Kerin is the Account Executive handling our Construction Roll-Off Services from North Carolina up to Williamsburg. She has been active in the construciton industry for over 10 years with various companies including Erck Supply, Arc Electric, Ferguson Enterprise and Safway Scaffolding. Her experience and responsibilities within those companies range from delivery driver to purchasing agent to sales and customer service. She and her Husband Michael and their dog, Sandy, live in the Shadowlawn section of Virginia Beach.

Rayford (J.R.) Pearson (Maintenance Manager) has over 23 years of fleet maintenance and hauling experience. J.R. began with the original Bay Disposal in 1980. By 1984, he was promoted to operations supervisor. In 1988, he accepted the position of General Manager of Bay Disposal in Richmond. In 1990, J.R. took on responsibilities as operations supervisor of Area Container back in the Hampton Roads area. And in 1993, J.R. began his own medical waste hauling service which lasted until he began working for Bay Disposal in 2004 as Maintenance Manager. J.R.’s vast experience in all aspects of the waste hauling industry will prove invaluable to Bay Disposal. We are all very excited to have him on board. | |

| Bodacious de Odorant “Scrappy” (Consultant) is a graduate of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology ( M.I.T.), with a doctorate in bio-chemistry. He began working in his profession as a scientist developing bio-technical drugs in San Francisco in 1990. Five years later he developed a hankering to return to his roots. Spurning his high-profile position, he began working with an engineering firm developing high-tech landfills in Bakersfield. Scrappy became so enamored with this malodorous environment, that he decided to start his own company. That same year he married his high school sweetheart, Daisy. Hailing from the Hampton Roads area, Mr. de Odorant found himself missing his family more and more. After selling his company, he and Daisy moved back east and settled in Norfolk. Scrappy began consulting work for Bay Disposal in the fall of 2001. He does not maintain a permanent office at Bay Disposal Headquarters. However, you may write to him at our Norfolk address. | |
