• Communication Elements: A precise statement of the communication pathways designed to ensure that all contractor staff and subcontractors on the jobsite are aware of the recycling process and protocols; of particular importance is the coordination with each new jobsite subcontractor and his personnel of the necessity and method of compliance with the Waste Management Plan
