| Dwight Schaubach (President) has over thirty years experience in the waste services business in the Hampton Roads area. He previously served as the President of the original Bay Disposal, and later President of Area Container Services. Mr. Schaubach started the original Bay Disposal in the late 1970's and drove the first trash truck that he owned. Therefore, he has extensive knowledge of all aspects of the industry. In addition to Bay Disposal, Mr. Schaubach also owns Johns Brothers Security, Johns Brothers Heating Cooling and Oil, Suffolk International Truck Sales and Langley Speedway. | |

Emmett Moore (General Manager) is a Hampden-Sydney College graduate and has over twenty years experience in the waste business in the Hampton Roads area having previously served as Sales Manager, Operations Manager, and General Manager of the original Bay Disposal in the 1980s as well as General Manager of Area Container Services in the 1990s.
Mr. Moore's is experienced in all facets of the waste business and was instrumental in the implementation of the waste services at Lillian Vernon Corporation, Military Circle Mall, and numerous Government and Municipal Contracts.

Jerry (Dee) Crigger (Marketing and Sales Manager) is a Virginia Tech graduate and has been in the waste services industry for over 21 years. He spent 18 years with BFI in various locations throughout Virginia and Maryland. Mr. Crigger served as District Sales Manager in Tidewater, Virginia; Assistant District Manager in Potomac, Maryland; Area Vice President of Sales in Western Virginia; General Manager in Charlottesville, Virginia; and Area Vice President of Sales in Richmond, Virginia. He has extensive experience in all aspects of the waste services business.
