Why is my invoice different then what my Sales Representative quoted me?

Based on the terms of your contract you will either receive an invoice on a monthly, quarterly, semi-annual or annual basis. We bill in advance, so if you receive a quarterly invoice in April it will be for the months of May, June and July. You can pay by check or you can get set up for Automatic Debit (ACH) from your checking account. If you would like to do this, please complete the form here and follow the instructions on the form. What type of recycling services do you offer?

Bay Disposal offers a full range of recycling services. We offer both front load containers and 95 gallon containers for comingled recycling commodities and open top roll off containers for construction debris than can be recycled. Please see our services section for more details.

How large is your service area?

Bay Disposal services Southeastern Virginia including Norfolk, Portsmouth, Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, Suffolk, Smithfield, Isle of Wight County, Newport News, Hampton, Poquoson, James City County, York County, Williamsburg. Outer Banks Hauling services northeastern North Carolina including the Outer Banks, Currituck County, Pasquotank County, and Elizabeth City.

How long is a typical service agreement?

Our standard service agreement is for a period of thirty-six months.

Do you offer bulk pick-up services?

Bay Disposal offers both on call bulk collection or a scheduled bulk collection program.

Can you guarantee my rate for the length of the service agreement?

Bay Disposal can only guarantee certain portions of our service agreement. The cost associated with the collection of you trash can be guaranteed. However, the disposal fees associated with the collection of trash have a tendency to go up annually and there is truly no way to accurately predict the increase from year to year.

What are the clearances needed for a dumpster enclosure?

For each container at a site, you will need 10 feet between the posts for side-to-side clearance for truck accessibility. Your sales representative can give you detailed specifications.
