Based on the terms of your contract you will either receive an invoice on a monthly, quarterly, semi-annual or annual basis. We bill in advance, so if you receive a quarterly invoice in April it will be for the months of May, June and July. You can pay by check or you can get set up for Automatic Debit (ACH) from your checking account. If you would like to do this, please complete the form here and follow the instructions on the form. Bay Disposal offers a full range of recycling services. We offer both front load containers and 95 gallon containers for comingled recycling commodities and open top roll off containers for construction debris than can be recycled. Please see our services section for more details.

Bay Disposal can only guarantee certain portions of our service agreement. The cost associated with the collection of you trash can be guaranteed. However, the disposal fees associated with the collection of trash have a tendency to go up annually and there is truly no way to accurately predict the increase from year to year.
For each container at a site, you will need 10 feet between the posts for side-to-side clearance for truck accessibility. Your sales representative can give you detailed specifications.
