The Company and its employees attempt to serve as broad a base as is possible, from the considerable support provided to the Salvation Army, Relay for Life, United Cerebral Palsy, Cystic Fibrosis, National Kidney Foundation, to the educational community. Bay Disposal & Recycling is an active supporter of Old Dominion University, Virginia Wesleyan and other institutions of learning.
