Tripp Heilig:  Account Executive

Tripp has over 8 years of experience in the waste removal business.  He is the sales representative for all permanent front load, rear load, and roll off accounts in both Chesapeake and Virginia Beach.  Prior to joining Bay Disposal Tripp was the head women’s soccer coach and assistant men’s lacrosse coach at Virginia Wesleyan College.  Tripp is a 1991 graduate of Hampden-Sydney College with a B.A. in History, and served as captain of the lacrosse team his senior year. 

A native of Norfolk Tripp currently resides in Virginia Beach with his wife Kathleen and his daughter Alice.  Tripp’s interest and hobbies include tennis, lacrosse, snowboarding, and live music.
