Bay Disposal Inc. will consider your organization’s request for sponsorship and/or donation upon completion of the Funding Request form.

Your request will be reviewed by Bay Disposal and a response provided to you within 30 days. Please note that Bay Disposal is prepared to assist you in drafting a request. Additional documentation may be required of you, specifically any IRS forms relating to your organization’s tax exempt status and the required reporting documents, such as IRS Form W9.
